FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $79+
Offer valid to all 50 states, with some exceptions on larger items to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may also take a little longer than 7 days.

Additionally, we offer three methods of Flat rate shipping:

  • Standard (3-7 business days): Flat $6.75 or FREE for orders $79+
  • Expedited (2-4 business days): Flat $17.95 (Order by 2 PM PST)
  • Express (1-2  business days): Flat $39.50 (Order by 2 PM PST)

– Some larger orders to non-Continental USA or to PO Boxes may require a surcharge.

You may also opt for UPS shipping. Refer to the map below to see if UPS Ground will make it to your location based on the current date – without upgrading to Expedited or Express. 

NOTE: Unless stated otherwise, or unless specifically requested and paid for, all shipping times and delivery days are BUSINESS DAYS – do not expect Saturday delivery or Saturday to be counted (even though in limited cases that may actually happen).

 

RETURNS:

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please call us at 805-439-5050 prior to sending a product back so that we can try to resolve any issues immediately, and authorize a return as needed.

  • Products that are in new, saleable condition may be returned within 45 days for a full refund, less shipping.
  • Between 45-90 days, you may return products that are in new, saleable condition for a credit.
  • Sale items are not returnable unless noted otherwise.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping unless the product is deemed defective or mis-shipped.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives to us, so you may want to consider tracking and/or insurance for higher valued items.
  • Returns should be received back within 2 weeks of authorization.
  • Please report damaged items within 7 days of receiving product (or 14 days after Christmas, during the Holiday season)

EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange within 90 days of purchase.  Returned product must be in new, saleable condition.  We ask that you pay for the return shipping, and we will pay for the outbound shipping of the new item.
